  When we make a reservation online for an evening pick up, and you even call me to confirm the pick up time, and then have the audacity to make me wait 75 minutes (you read that right, seventy-five) at an absent desk, it baffles me how you are able to speak to me with attitude. When you call me and say my car is ready to be picked up, and I arrive on time, I expect you to be there. Whether the airport is busy or not, I expect you to be there. I upheld my end of the agreement, and you did not reciprocate. Disrespectful. That was an entire evening wasted just waiting for someone to return and do their job.
