  Fair prices, personable owner. Repairs were completed as promised. Shop rate is average or slightly higher than average. With four repairs completed here, this has been a positive experience for me. Bill has been a pleasure to deal with. It is great knowing I have a mechanic I can depend on.

  Showed up for my appointment, when I arrived I was told that they could not get my car in for the allotted time and if i could leave it for the day. I told him I had already explained that I had another appointment booked. I asked why I was not called to cancel the appointment before I arrived. I was told he did not have my number. I will not be wasting my time going back.

  In my opinion, Fraser Valley Auto Pro is one of the premier auto repair shops in Abbotsford. They work hard for you and your car because they know how difficult it is to find a quality shop that pays attention to detail. The service provided at this shop is unrivaled by any auto repair shop. The service is quick, thorough and competitively priced. The owners (Bill and Maria) are honest and knowledgeable and never ever create repairs that are not necessary. This place is great and everyone is helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else. Great new tire prices too!
