    I have had nothing but a positive experience with Massey's Auto. I find them to be knowledgeable, helpful and very fair not to mention friendly and personable. I will most definitely continue giving them my business and recommending them to friends and family.

    too expensive for the amount of work they did, cross check with dealership and they were to able to do it in half price. Left me in surprising state.

    Massey's is too busy to fix your car or want to listen anything. They give all reason for not doing it because they were busy and had 4 people at the reception that time. (something called customer service??)

    I certainly will never deal with this company again. After having to bring back my 2000 Dodge Dakota back to the shop three times, after my tune up. And $1550.00 later they said that the truck was good to go. I had to drive the truck back to Alberta. I was having starting problems, the last time I had it in their shop, and claimed they could not find anything wrong with the truck. The second time I had in their shop was when the truck lost engine compression, and chugging, they said it was just a map sensor. They had worked on the vale cover as well, but when my truck broke down in 12 Km outside of Merritt BC, they claimed that this was none of their fault, and they had no way of knowing that the engine was going to fail. It may very well not be there fault, but I'm still not happy with the way everything went. They did of course go out of there way to try and find problems with my truck. So as it turns out, unless, you can prove it was there fault there will never be any compensation. as the they said , they do not have a magic ball, can can not tell when things will fail.

    Will close there shop without giving a courtesy call or to mention when they closes and leave you outside stranded with no car,especially when you don't live in the same city, you will wonder where to spend your night.

    The service was fast and the staff was very helpful, however the phantom noise kept coming back. After 4 visits I gave up and had my neighbor take a look at it. He fixed it in 10 minutes and the noise never came back (apparently it was some alignment issue that is very common)
