  Our family has been in the care of Doctor Vanderpol for a few years, and we have nothing but high praise for Dr Vanderpol. He is caring and compassionate, very willing to listen and guide. He is knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to work with whatever issues we were experiencing. We have been blessed through his service. We wish him and his family God's blessings. We will miss him!

  The girls answering the phones are so rude!!! I called to reschedule an appointment, was told they would call me back with a new date, but I would probably be waiting "forever". A few days later I received a message to call, being as I work 70 hours a week calling during their office hours is next to impossible since they never seem to be there...

  I was then told I had no appointment and missed blood work, "YOU HAVE TO GET IT DONE, ITS NOT A CHOICE". Yeah.. No point drawing blood before a canceled appointment. I asked her when my next appointment is "You don't have one....." in an annoyed tone... Then she quickly checked the schedule and... There it was... A spot three weeks after my canceled appointment.

  I will only review the front staff. They are rude and uncompassionte. My husband has been very ill and recently passed away and trying to get information to our wonderful Dr.Loewen was nearly impossible. Then when he passed away I was sent a sympathy card from the clinic and they called my husband by a wrong name. I'm sure Dr. Loewen would be horrified to know this.

  I've been going to this practice since I was a child and today I have completely changed my opinion of this practice because of one poorly mannered "doctor". I DO NOT recommend Dr. Warkentin to anyone who would like to walk out happy. I've never been more insulted by someone who is supposed to be helping me get better. However, Dr. Loewen is my usual family doctor and he's so wonderful and polite, I definitely recommend him instead!

  Large clinic with great staff and Doctors. Just like all large clinics as a patient your patience is a virtue.
