    4 months later the harassing phone calls about taking delivery start. Up to 3 times a week. After 3 weeks of this we stopped answering but the calls kept coming.

    Ordered coffee table online, delivered to Abbotsford location. Pretty standard for reputable stores. Item arrived within a couple of days. I had previously gone to location to look at one in showroom, but had none in store. Unfortunately colour of table was much darker than picture online. Does not fit the room. Now learning the Brick has NO return policy and I have no recourse. Buyer beware.

    I asked for the Store Manager's email, they don't give that out! What kind of manager makes herself so unapproachable? Head office website has no phone numbers & I have received no email response!

    Yay renos are done! Delivery guys see we're missing a piece. They tell us to talk to the store & it should take a few days! HA!

    We're now over a year from purchase date, almost 3 months from delivery date & yet to have a completed order. I'm not one to complain & always think people are trying their best. Even their Manager said he'd be much more angry than I have been but I guess in this case, their best is really not good enough. I'm typing this after they called to delay delivery of out final pieces... again.

    Awful service, terrible salespeople (based on our experience), an embarrassment of a "manager". We tried to salvage our own experience and give them a chance to take our business but after speaking to the "store manager" Daisy, we decided that we will buy our couches and fridge elsewhere. Now that I came to leave this review to warm other people in the community I see that they already have a terrible reputation for similar stuff we experienced. The 3 or 4 good reviews they have on google is obviously from their own. Keep on losing customers The Brick--Great choice of employees!! #sarcasm

    I'll make this as short as possible but dealing with this single transaction has taken an entire year & we still have missing pieces from our order. We've just completed a year long gutting of our house, spent hundreds of thousands. We were overdue & overbudget but the most stressful part was dealing with this Brick sore.

    Hubby & I go to finish the bed & find that there are more missing pieces! Our bad for not checking after that first piece was found missing... but also assembly team's bad. Same story on these pieces. Re ordered but haven't come.

    The re ordered part doesn't come after 2 weeks. the store reorders. It take another 1 week. We are now 3 weeks past delivery date.

    So disgusted with this place i bought a bed frame boxing day was told pick up on the 2nd they never called so i called a few daus later to be told the 15 or 18 again no call so i valled to be told the 24 i could habe ordered off the internet across the world and had it before this place and to not even call to let me know extreamly poor customer care and when i told them how i felt they could care less will mever buy from u ever again

    We all do it. Even though we know we shouldnt!! And that is buy anything from the brick, get it delivered and installed. What a joke. First reveiew ive ever written on google just want to warn people from the abbotsford location. Were right around 2 weeks late on delivery. Total of 3 weeks to get a dishwasher put in thats already been fully paid for. Pay the extra couple bucks and go somewhere else.
