  Despite cancelling my membership, they continue to debt my account. The direct payment method is a scam. It appears they try to fleece you till the very end.

  This gym is great people! The staff is friendly, encouraging and always present. The place is always clean.Prices are very reasonable. The equipment is awesome, and a pretty good selection of cardio equipment.

  Oh, and you can't bring your own equipment to use even though they're too cheap to get some things on their own. Only gym I've ever been to that has said this.

  Everyone is so friendly!! They're all wiling to help, and smile. It's hard finding gyms with people that aren't snotty. Best gym I've been to :)

  I hired one of their personal trainers (about a year prior to canceling my membership), who quit on me after several months of being harassed by staff members. Too much negativity and drama.

  The gym as a whole is mediocre. Sadly the good gyms are a good 30 minutes away so I'm stuck. The only winning feature that makes them better than the others here is the turf area with sleds (only reason I gave this 2 stars). Which you can only use if the personal trainers aren't taking it up. Some of them will be nice and share the space, others will act pompous like they own the gym and say you can't be there until they leave. Even though they are barely using any space. I got kicked off while using a corner to stretch, jokes.

  Very disappointed with the quality of personal training here. Like most gyms in this area there are too many young trainers with no experience or real knowledge, they don't even look like they've trained a day in their life. Personal training requires constant learning AND personal experience. People are wasting their money on unorganized training schedules(most clients will get the same garbage routine, NOT specific to goals), useless exercises, and improper instruction that can cause injury and muscle imbalances. Rarely will I see someone correcting positioning during exercises that are being executed with bad form.

  Spent a lot of money here. Cancelled my membership after a few years due to aggressive staff / trainers and out of control members (spitting, leaving gear/bags in high traffic areas, unclean equipment etc). No one does or says anything.
