    Aqua Save was highly recommended to me by a realtor relative. After seeing their customer service and workmanship, I, too, will be recommending them highly. It is wonderful feeling to know that you are not being hosed by your plumber or being held for ransom.

    Aquasave Plumbing has to be the best plumbing service in the Fraser Valley, if not the whole of Canada. Boiler's pressure valve popped; I called them and they were able to send somebody (Ken) pretty quickly, who sorted it out super fast. Top marks in good old fashioned service that you don't see much of today, top marks in a professional job well done, and and top marks for the price too. Thank you Aquasave!

    Would recommend these guys to anyone. Super trustworthy and know there stuff. Saved me pointless repairs on something I'm going to need to replace very soon. Thank you for not taking advantage of me and take my call when i needed the help/info. Look forward to having my tank replace by your company.

    They responded quickly to that, but unfortunately didn't hook it up properly, and it failed in less than two days. The crawl space flooded again, the new hot water tank was ruined, and they had to replace it again. Then they told us they weren't going to honour their guarantee if there were any future problems.

    I first called these professionals to fix a leak caused by a worn nut under a bathroom sink. They installed shutoff valves and replaced a faulty regulator. I was so pleased with the work done and by their customer service, that I replaced the nonleaking but 20+ year old hot water tank before my insurance premium comes due in August. Options that would be best for the confined space housing the tank and furnace were explained clearly and a written estimate was provided before any work was done. No surprises or extra fees.

    In their attempts to install the sump pump properly, they started drilling a two inch hole in the exterior wall, through the stucco. Then they hit concrete, and I guess they decided to pursue a plan B. They didn't do anything to fix the stucco, and didn't tell us about it. They just left it for us to discover and fix.

    They put the furnace in backwards, and that has to be reinstalled. The sump pump failed a few months later, and we replaced it with a proper one, like the one we originally had. The new one is sturdy and silent. Again, we would have paid extra for a proper one, but they didn't give us that option.

    So they put in low-quality everything, including a very cheap, plastic sump pump that they anchored to the heating duct. So every time it turned on - which during the massive snow/rain storm in January was every three minutes - there was a loud BANG that reverberated throughout the whole house.

    We got some attitude from the supervisor when we complained about that. "ALL sump pumps make noise!" But when he came to the house, and saw what his guys had done, he got very silent.

    It is unfortunate how it all went wrong, but I want to emphasize again how great they were personally, and how hard they worked in very challenging conditions. We had more than a foot of snow in our yard, and the crawl space they were working in had a very low ceiling, and was very cramped. I never heard a single word of complaint from any of them. It was the middle of January, we had no heat or hot water, and they had a new hot water tank installed and working in 36 hours.

    We have a gas boiler to heat our home and the techs from the previous company we used (the same one the former homeowners used) were anything but thorough and it never functioned well. Some women on the local mommies Facebook page highly recommended Aquasave so I called and they sent a tech the same day. They have been amazing! For the first time *ever* we have heat through every single radiator in our home. They fixed years of improper service and have explained every single step (and their quotes for price have been accurate!). Not only did they fix the boiler, but their friendly techs were able to explain exactly what was wrong and how each part should operate. We're confident in their knowledge and very impressed by their service. I don't hesitate to recommend Aquasave to anyone in the Fraser Valley who needs a gas boiler serviced. We're customers for life!

    There were three things that had to be done: replace the furnace, the hot water tank, and sump pump. Obviously, being an insurance claim, the priority is to use the lowest cost products. We told them repeatedly that we would pay the difference to have higher quality components, like a hot water on-demand system, but they wouldn't do it.

    After the plumber had completed installing the water tank, I noticed him taking a photo of my furnace make and model. He explained that his company likes to be proactive: if I called for service, these facts would already be on file making action quick and easy, particularly in an emergency situation.
